What's changing?

AquaTerra Corporation, proud owner of Canadian Springs® is merging with Amazon Springs Water and Coffee Co. Ltd. Canadian Springs will be your new beverage service provider. We will continue to deliver Amazon Springs bottled water products as well as an array of new product and equipment offerings. Our goal during this transition is to ensure you understand all of the changes and added benefits available to you.

Invoices
Our invoices are aligned with our delivery cycle, so they are generated every 28 days.
Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods. You can pay your bill by mail, online or by calling us at 866-460-0433. Please reference your account number (located on each invoice).
Paperless Billing
Go green and save money! If you sign up to receive electronic invoices, it will help you avoid the fee charged for processing, handling and mailing paper invoices. We waive this fee for the first 90 days to give customers time to sign up and avoid this charge. If you are currently signed up for paperless billing through Amazon Springs, your information will be automatically transferred to Canadian Springs.
Refundable Bottle Deposits
A refundable bottle deposit fee for 11.3- or 18.9-litre bottles may apply. This charge will be credited to your account as each empty bottle is returned.
Account Number
You will receive a new customer account number. This number can be found on your welcome letter or your Canadian Springs invoice. Please reference this number when setting up your online account or communicating with our Customer Care team.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is posted on our website, and your personal information will be treated in accordance with it. By continuing to use our services or by providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Canadian Springs' Privacy Policy.

How does billing work?

Invoices

Our invoices are aligned with our delivery cycle, so they are generated every 28 days. You can pay your invoice by mail, online or by calling Customer Care at 866-460-0433.

Paperless Billing

You can also go green and save money by choosing paperless billing and receiving invoices electronically. This will help you avoid the $3 fee charged for processing, handling and mailing paper invoices. We waive this fee for the first 90 days to give our customers time to sign up and avoid this charge.

eInvoice

If you are already set up for electronic invoices through Amazon Springs, then you will automatically become a Canadian Springs® eInvoice customer.

How can I sign up for AutoPay?

For a hassle-free option and to simplify your bill-paying routine, sign up for AutoPay using ACH, debit or credit card to set up recurring payments for your account.

Once you set up your online account, you can provide a method of payment and set it for automatic and recurring payments.

An email will be sent to you when your invoice is ready for processing, but you will not need to take any action – your payment information will be automatically applied. Additionally, you will NOT be charged until 21 days after a Canadian Springs® bill is generated.

If you are already signed up for AutoPay through Amazon Springs, your payment information will be automatically transferred to us.
